Announcing Our 1K Milestone

Thanks for helping us hit 1,000 Substack subscribers!

Hey, everyone! Joe, Kieran, and JC here. We’re posting this one as ourselves because we’re proud to share a cool milestone for The Fintech Update: We’ve hit 1k Substack subscribers! 

This was never a goal we set for ourselves: although we’ve been working together on this project for the past several years, it’s been primarily for fun and personal edification, a way to stay informed on the rapidly changing world of fintech. 

That said, we can’t help feeling excited about the growth we’ve seen in the past two years—and especially in the past three months! We think it reflects how fintech (something niche when we started) is growing in importance to the broader financial services ecosystem, and we’re excited to share and comment on this shift as it happens. 

Hitting this milestone has us inspired: We’re now looking to 2x our subscriber count in the next six months and are considering expanding the team for the first time. We’d love it if you signed up, shared with others, and joined us on the journey!
